Job Summary

Homewood Disposal is seeking candidates for the Corporate Controller position.  This position will be the lead accountant for various operating entities, along with detailed financial analysis thereon, with a constant push towards technology-driven process improvement.  This role will include supervision of certain accounting staff.

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years corporate accounting/finance experience
  • Employee supervision experience
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in relevant financial field
  • CPA preferred

Skills and Qualifications

  • Tech-forward, data-centric mindset
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, namely Excel
  • Database querying & report writing skills using SQL, Crystal Reports or Power BI given preference
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Accounting Systems (Business Central, Solomon, Great Plains) a plus
