“I am working with Ken Groenewold. He has been very helpful towards starting my new account. I emailed him early in the day and within 6 hours he came out to introduce himself.  We discussed the needs of my pet clinic garbage removal. Within 24 hours he had an estimate emailed. Good customer service is rare these days, and your employee’s actions were on the mark.”

“I have always had prompt and reliable service whenever I had an issue. I appreciate the personal touch.”

“Customer Service Rep Tyler Nicol is fantastic. He is always prompt at returning emails, placing orders and answering any questions I may have. I deal with many vendors daily and it’s always a pleasure working with Tyler. He is top notch.”
