How Do I Dispose of Appliances?
Appliance pick up is included with your weekly residential service.* Each week we will pick up one large appliance or bulk item and ensure it’s disposed of properly. Please contact us in advance and place your appliance next to your cart on your normal collection day.
Please note that appliance pick up will be completed later in the day by a separate truck with a lift-gate. Your normal driver will not pick up you appliance. Commercial customers, please contact your account manager for options. *Residents in Grundy County and some rural communities should contact our office as there may be a charge for appliance pick up.
Dishwasher Disposal
We can pick up your dishwasher! However, according to state law, the doors must be taken off the appliance before it is set outside. If you do not plan on trading the dishwasher in for a new one, place the bulk item at the curb on your regular trash pick up day with the door set beside it.
