Job Summary

This position supervises Homewood Disposal daily route drivers. You’ll help promote and enforce safety rules and operations guidelines. Driver supervisors are responsible to meet company objectives and improve our customer service in order to provide “the kind of service others only promise.”

At Homewood Disposal, you will work for a family-owned and operated, third-generation company that still adheres to the values it was founded on 60 years ago: community, family, service and stewardship. You will become part of a close-knit community of employees striving to make a better life and world for their families and for others.

You’ll become part of a family business that fosters a positive environment where employees work together toward common goals that support our shared values. You will learn about an industry that provides essential services to customers, but that also plays a crucial role in caring for the environment.

Since Homewood Disposal first started in 1956, the number of services we provide has tripled. That success is due in large part to the dedicated people–from drivers to office administrators–who deliver those services faithfully every day, year after year.
