Tinley Park residents, Homewood Disposal would like to give you the opportunity to simplify the way you dispose of your yard waste. Renting a 95-gallon yard waste cart enables you to skip paying for yard waste bags or replace your old yard waste cart.

Yard waste carts provide an easy way to get heavy yard waste to the curb and eliminate the need to fill cumbersome kraft paper bags.

Can I still use brown bags or my current yard waste cart?
Yes, residents can continue to purchase and use kraft paper bags for their yard waste or use their current yard waste carts.

New Yard Carts Simplify Clean Up

Brown kraft paper bags can be cumbersome to drag to the curb each week. They get wet, can break open, and they are often difficult to fill. It can also be frustrating when you forget to purchase them. Carts provide simple storage, are easy to fill and roll right to the curb. (Note: Residents can continue to purchase and use kraft paper bags.)

Replace old or damaged yard waste cart

If you currently have a yard waste cart, it was originally purchased for your address by you or a previous homeowner. These carts may be up to 30 years old and may be damaged. Yard waste carts are no longer available for purchase. If your current Homewood / NuWay yard waste cart is in good condition, you can continue to use it.

CART SELECTION*
- YARD WASTE CART - Rent a 95 gallon Yard Waste Cart. Bill me an additional $3.00 per month, applied to my quarterly bill.
Your new cart will be delivered to your home within the next 2 weeks. Cart delivery and old cart removal is free. Cart delivery and removal is usually on your normal pick up day. Please note, a separate truck delivers carts, not your normal driver.
TERMS*
- I have read and agree to the terms below.
Lessee assumes the responsibility to occasionally clean the cart when needed. Cart is only to be used at the service address of lessee. Unauthorized use of the cart will result in removal of cart by Homewood Disposal. Lessee will hold Homewood Disposal harmless of any incidents as a result of cart usage. Carts may become heavy during use and are to be used and handled by adults only. Lessee is responsible for theft, loss or damage to cart beyond normal uses. Lessee will notify Homewood Disposal to remove cart if it is no longer needed. All payment due for the cart must be paid in full within 30 days of receiving invoice. Lessee agrees to prompt and full payment for use of cart according to the terms, conditions, and schedules which Homewood Disposal has established. Lessee is responsible for replacement cost of equipment and collection costs of amounts due if lessee does not maintain the obligations above. *This contract will be renewed annually unless notification to terminate is given.
